摘要
现阶段我国建筑工程施工过程中的资源管理仍大多采用传统的静态方法,缺少以施工进度为基础的资源动态管理。因此利用现代信息技术,通过计算机技术加强建筑物不同维度信息的关联性,将施工阶段的静态管理过程转化为动态管理,首先利用BIM软件建立了建筑工程施工阶段的三维模型,在三维模型基础上通过WBS方法实现了工程进度信息的动态管理,并利用模型中构件的信息查询功能,通过定额信息与相关构件的关联实现了项目预算信息的动态管理。最后结合济南市某幼儿园建设,将动态资源管理系统应用到项目实施过程中,在BIM模型建立后从工程量管理、工程进度管理、施工成本管理三个方面采用动态管理系统对施工过程进行控制,结果表明,该动态管理系统能根据施工进度对各项资源进行动态管理。
In China,the traditional static method is still used in the resource management in the construction process,and the dynamic resource management based on the construction progress is lacking.Therefore,this paper uses modern information technology and computer technology to strengthen the relevance of different dimensions of information of buildings,and transforms the static management process into dynamic management.Firstly,athree-dimensional model of construction phase is established by BIM software.On the basis of the three-dimensional model,the dynamic management of project progress information is realized by WBS method,and the components in the model are used through the association of quota information and related components,the dynamic management of project budget information is realized.Finally,combined with the construction of a kindergarten in Jinan City,the dynamic resource management system is applied to the project implementation process.After the BIM model is established,the dynamic management system is used to control the construction process from three aspects:engineering quantity management,project progress management and construction cost management.The results show that the system can dynamically manage various resources according to the construction progress.
