配电网营配信息融合平台的实现

目前我国电网运行过程中主要存在两方面的问题,一是横向信息存在孤岛现象,导致工作进度无法正常推进,二是纵向管控方面力度较低、覆盖不全面。为了解决这些突出问题,研究配电网营配信息融合平台是电力公司的当务之急,为此建立了营配合一的信息融合平台,可对用户设备、低压台区和线损进行全面化管理,智能配电和用电环节之间的衔接也更加顺畅。

At present,there are two main problems in the operation of Chinese power grid.One is the islanding phenomenon of horizontal information,which makes the work progress unable to progress normally,and the other is the low intensity of vertical control and incomplete coverage.In order to solve these outstanding problems,it is an urgent task for power companies to study the information fusion platform of distribution network operation and distribution.The establishment of an information fusion platform that cooperates with the operation can comprehensively manage user equipment,low-voltage stations and line losses,intelligent power distribution,and make the connection between electricity links smooth.
