Governance Mechanism of Chinese Men's Professional Basketball League from the Perspective of Business Ecosystem

中国男子篮球职业联赛治理是体育治理的重要构成部分,也是全面深化体育改革的必然选择。从构建中职篮商业生态系统的方式入手,探究中职篮系统各成员之间存在的复杂联系,梳理其运行机理,借鉴网络治理理论,为中职篮商业生态系统建立起进入退出机制、激励约束机制、协调整合机制、信任机制、信息机制5个方面的治理机制,以期制约和协调中职篮系统成员之间的利益关系,促进中职篮的健康持续发展,为深化篮球改革、加快体育治理,实现体育强国战略提供些许参考。

The governance of the Chinese Men's Professional basketball league is an important component of sports governance and an inevitable choice for the comprehensive deepening of sports reform.Starting from the way of constructing the Chinese basketball business ecosystem,exploring the complex connections existing among the members of the Chinese basketball system,sorting out its operation mechanism,and drawing on the network governance theory,establishing a governance mechanism for the Chinese basketball business ecosystem in five aspects:entry and exit mechanism,incentive and constraint mechanism,coordination and integration mechanism,trust mechanism,and information mechanism,with a view to restraining and coordinating the interests among the members of the Chinese basketball system.Promote the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese basketball,and provide some reference for deepening basketball reform,accelerating sports governance,and realizing the strategy of sports power.
