非民族地区少数民族传统体育文化的传承能够促进传统体育文化多元发展、推动乡村体育文化工程建设、彰显非民族地区文化主体性、为族际互动创造媒介与机会。当前,非民族地区少数民族传统体育文化传承主要面临:传承人口数量规模较小,文化双向传递通道阻塞;传承方式口传身授为主,文化传承体系不够健全;传承内容缺乏民族特色,文化同化现象普遍存在;传承主体话语地位缺失,文化精神内核彰显不足等现实阻碍。建议:积极承办传统体育赛事,深入推进校本课程建设;科学创新固态保护方式,系统构建活态传承体系;加强基础理论科学研究,挖掘特色体育文化内涵;注重地区文化主体阐释,充分彰显文化精神内核。

The inheritance of traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities in non-ethnic areas can promote the diversified development of traditional sports culture,promote the construction of rural sports culture projects,highlight the cultural subjectivity of non-ethnic areas,and create media and opportunities for inter-ethnic interaction.At present,the heritage of traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities in non-ethnic areas mainly faces problems,such as the number of heritage population scale is small and the cultural two-way transmission channel is blocked,inheritance method of oral transmission is mainly and the cultural heritage system is not sound enough,inheritance content lacks national characteristics and the phenomenon of cultural assimilation is widespread,and inheritance subject discourse status is missing and the cultural spirit core manifestation is insufficient and other real obstacles.Suggestions include,actively undertake traditional sports events and in-depth promotion of school-based curriculum construction,scientific innovation in solid state protection and systematically build a living heritage system,strengthen the basic theoretical scientific research and excavate the connotation of characteristic sports culture,and focus on the interpretation of the main body of regional culture and fully manifest the spiritual core of culture.
