肥胖儿童递增负荷运动中HRVT与AT的一致性研究 被引量:2

Consistency Between the Heart Rate Variability Threshold and Anaerobic Threshold on Incremental Exercise in Obese Children

摘要 目的检验肥胖儿童递增负荷运动中心率变异阈值(HRVT)与无氧阈(AT)的一致性。方法23名肥胖儿童(年龄:12.3±1.6岁)。在完成形态学测量后,于功率自行车完成递增负荷测试。提取VT和HRVT时心率(HR)和功率(WP)。采用Pearson相关统计相关性,Bland-Altman法进行一致性分析。结果与结论VT与HRVTT、HRVTS1、HRVTSD1,RCT与HRVTS2强度时HR与WP指标均显著相关(r=0.60~0.89),其中VT与HRVTS1,RCT与HRVTS2呈非常高的相关性(r=0.84~0.89)。Bland-Altman图结果显示,VT与HRVTS1,RCT与HRVTS2两者95%一致性界限的置信区间相对较窄,均值偏差趋近零。基于HRV频域分析判定肥胖儿童的HRVT与VAT具有较高一致性,HRVT可能能够成为推测肥胖儿童AT的新方法。 Objective Inspection the consistency of heart rate variability threshold(HRVT)and anaerobic threshold(AT)in obese children.Methods Twenty-three obese children(age:12.3±1.6years old)were enrolled.After completing the morphological measurement,the incremental load test was completed on the power bike.Heart rate(HR)and power(WP)were extracted for VT and HRVT.Pearson Correlation was used to determine the retest reliability,and the Bland-Altman method was used for consistency analysis.Results and Conclusion VT and HRVTT,HRVTS1,HRVTSD1,HR and WP were significantly correlated at RCT and HRVTS2 thresholds(r=0.60-0.89),in which VT and HRVTS1,RCT and HRVTS2 showed very high correlations(r=0.84-0.89).Bland-Altman chart shows that the confidence interval of 95%consistency limit of VT and HRVTS1,RCT and HRVTS2 test results is narrow,and the mean deviation tends to zero.HRV frequency domain analysis determined that the HRVT and VAT of obese children had a high consistency.HRVT may be an effective replacement method for the prediction of AT in obese children.
