摘要
为了探讨京津冀区域产业转型升级对城市空间联动潜力的影响效应,在改进"动态距离"并引入市场化要素的基础上,对京津冀各市的空间联动发展格局进行了考量;在"质量"和"速度"为产业转型升级效果的二维测度体系中,通过构建非参数模型,实证剖析了其对京津冀城市群空间联动潜力的作用机制。研究结果显示:京津冀各市空间联动潜力呈现递增的态势,且存在显著的梯度递减地理特征,并表现出双向联动、多城辐射的网状特征;"质量"驱动下,产业转型升级效果对城市空间联动潜力表现出非线性影响效应,更加符合城市空间联动发展中产业转型升级的复杂多维特征;"速度"驱动下,产业转型升级效果的提升在京津冀协同发展战略提出后明显加快,但对城市空间联动潜力的影响效应并不显著。
Based on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the important role of industrial transformation and upgrading on the linkage potential of urban space is discussed.Based on the improvement of“dynamic distance”and the introduction of market-oriented factors,the spatial linkage development pattern of cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was systematically considered.Taking“quality”and“speed”as the two-dimensional measurement system of the effect of industrial transformation and upgrading,the paper empirically analyzed the influencing mechanism of the industrial transformation and upgrading effect on the spatial linkage potential of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration by constructing a non-parametric model.The results show that:first,the linkage potential of all cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region presents an increasing trend,and there is a significant gradient of decreasing geographical characteristics,and it shows the network characteristics of two-way linkage and multi-city radiation.Second,the effect of industrial transformation and upgrading driven by“quality”has a nonlinear effect on the urban spatial linkage potential,which is more in line with the complex multi-dimensional characteristics of industrial transformation and upgrading in urban spatial linkage development.However,the improvement of the effect of industrial transformation and upgrading driven by“speed”was significantly accelerated after the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy was proposed,but the effect on the linkage potential of urban space was not significant.
