摘要
供应商注意力对企业的协同创新具有重要影响,为给企业协同创新绩效提供理论指引并拓展注意力理论的应用领域,从交互记忆系统的角度研究供应商注意力对协同创新绩效的影响及整合型领导力在其中起到的具体作用。结果发现:供应商的比较注意力对协同创新绩效有明显的正面作用,绝对注意力则对协同创新绩效的正面作用不明显,而此两种注意力均对交互记忆系统有明显的正面作用;供应商的比较注意力和绝对注意力对协同创新绩效具有明显的正面作用;交互记忆系统在比较注意力与协同创新绩效之间具备部分中介作用,而在绝对注意力与协同创新绩效之间的中介作用不明显;整合型领导力可以加强交互记忆系统对协同创新绩效的正面作用。因此,制造商应在与供应商的合作中,提升供应商的比较注意力并关注交互记忆系统的开发完善,也要提升自身的整合型领导力,增强双方的信任黏性。
Supplier attention has an important influence on the collaborative innovation of enterprises.To provide theoretical guidance for the performance of corporate collaborative innovation and expand the application field of attention theory,the influence of supplier attention on collaborative innovation performance is studied from the perspective of interactive memory system.The specific role of integrated leadership.The results find that:the supplier’s comparative attention has a significant positive effect on collaborative innovation performance,while absolute attention has no obvious positive effect on collaborative innovation performance;and these two kinds of attention have obvious positive effects on the interactive memory system;supplier’s comparative attention and absolute attention have an obvious positive effect on collaborative innovation performance;the interactive memory system has a partial mediating effect between comparative attention and collaborative innovation performance,and the relationship between absolute attention and collaborative innovation performance.The mediating role is not obvious;integrated leadership can strengthen the positive effect of the interactive memory system on the performance of collaborative innovation.Therefore,in the cooperation with suppliers,manufacturers should increase their comparative attention and pay attention to the development and improvement of interactive memory systems.They should also improve their own integrated leadership and enhance the trust and stickiness of both parties.
