摘要 紧固件作为轮装制动盘与车轮连接的关键部件,其设计和装配质量的好坏将直接影响轮装制动盘的安全性能。文章通过有限元计算得到制动盘紧固件的工作载荷,按照VDI 2230-1标准对制动盘紧固件进行设计校核,并提出了紧固件组装预紧力要求。通过模拟组装试验对比了扭矩法和扭矩转角法两种方法对制动盘螺栓轴向力离散度和精度的影响,同时研究了扭矩转角法中起始扭矩和转角两个关键参数对螺栓连接性能的影响,确定了最优的扭矩转角工艺参数,也为制动盘螺栓设计计算和装配工艺制定提供了思路。 As the key parts for connecting wheel-mounted brake disc and wheel,fasteners’s design and assembly quality will directly affect the safety performance of wheel-mounted brake disc.In this paper,the service load of the fastener is calculated by using the finite element method.Then the design and verification of the brake disc fastener are carried out according to the VDI 2230-1 standard,and the requirements of pre tightening force for fastener assembly are put forward.The effects of torque control method and torque angle control method on the dispersion and accuracy of the axial force of brake disc bolts were compared by simulated assembly test.meanwhile,the effect of the two key parameters of the torque transfer method on the performance of bolted connections is studied,and the optimal parameters of the torque and angle are determined.
