摘要
车辆检修中存在信息采集手段单一、信息数据孤立不能共享、设备智能化程度低等亟待解决的问题。文章对上述问题进行分析后认为,通过构建统一的工业物联网以及工业视觉检测系统、大数据分析结果在车辆检修检测中的应用,有助于实现车辆检修向智能化生产方向迈进。
There are some problems to be solved in vehicle inspection and repair,for example,the means of information collection method is single,the information data are isolated and can not be shared,and the intelligence of equipment is poor.Through the construction of a unified industrial Internet of things,the application of industrial vision detection system in vehicle inspection,repair and detection,and the application of big data analysis results,the vehicle inspection and repair is realized to move towards intelligent production.
