摘要
目的探讨临床药师对于慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者吸入制剂使用的干预作用。方法100例COPD患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规用药教育,观察组在对照组的基础上,给予个性化的药学监护和服务。比较2组患者对疾病知识,吸入剂使用的掌握情况,及6 min行走距离(6MWD)和第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC%)。结果观察组疾病知识等各方面及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者吸入装置依从性评分均随干预时间显著升高(F时间=24.58,P<0.05),观察组吸入装置依从性评分升高幅度明显大于对照组(F交互=6.81,P<0.05),观察组吸入装置依从性评分整体水平高于对照组(F组间=5.34,P<0.05)。观察组吸入剂操作错误发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后6MWD及FEV1/FVC均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(χ^(2)=6.78,P<0.05)。结论药学干预能够不断提高患者用药的依从性,促进患者合理用药。
Objective To investigate intervention effects of clinical pharmacists on the use of inhaled preparations in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods One hundred patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine medication education,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,received personalized pharmaceutical care and service.The knowledge of disease,the use of inhalant and the recovery of pulmonary function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total scores of disease knowledge in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The compliance scores of patients to inhalation device in both groups were increased significantly with the intervention time(P<0.05),and the increase degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rates of operation errors and adverse reactions in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the 6MWD and FEV1/FVC in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention by clinical pharmacists can improve patients’medication compliance and promote the rational drug use.
