时间护理表措施对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇分娩方式、妊娠结局的影响

Effects of timetable nursing measures on the delivery way and pregnancy outcome of the pregnant women with scarred uterus

目的分析时间表护理措施对于瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇分娩方式、妊娠结局的影响。方法瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇120例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用按照时间表展开相关护理措施。观察2组产妇基本情况、分娩方式及妊娠结局。结果观察组产妇分娩出血量、分娩时间、住院时间不良妊娠结局发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇实施时间表护理措施效果较好,可改善产妇预后,提高自然分娩率,改善妊娠结局,保护母婴安全,值得深入研究。

Objective To investigate the effects of timetable nursing measures on the delivery way and pregnancy outcome of the pregnant women with scarred uterus.Methods A total of 120 re-pregnant women with scarred uterus who were delivered in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The parturients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the parturients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by related nursing measures according to the schedule.The delivery ways and pregnancy outcome were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding volume,delivery time and hospital stay as well as the incidence of bad pregnancy outcome in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the natural delivery rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The schedule nursing measures for pregnant women with scarred uterus can improve maternal prognosis,increase natural delivery rate,improve pregnancy outcome,and protect mother and baby safety.
