摘要
目的建立达原饮胃漂浮片处方药材提取工艺。方法以芍药苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、芒果苷和新芒果苷含量为评价指标,采用正交试验法筛选最佳提取工艺。结果通过正交试验和验证试验,达原饮胃漂浮片的最佳提取工艺为A_(2)B_(3)C_(2)D_(2),即85%乙醇,料液比为20倍量,提取时间为1 h,提取2次。结论达原饮胃漂浮片处方药材提取操作简单、工艺可行。
Objective To establish an extraction process of Dayuan Yin gastric floating tablets prescription medicinal materials.Methods Contents of paeoniflorin,baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,mangiferin and neomangiferin as evaluation indexes,and the orthogonal test is used to screen the best extract process.Results Through orthogonal experiment and verification,the optimal technology for Dayuan Yin gastric floating tablets is A_(2)B_(3)C_(2)D_(2),that is the 85%ethanol,the material-liquid ratio is 20 times,the number of extraction is 2 times,and the extraction time is 1 h.Conclusion The extraction technology for Dayuan Yin gastric floating tablets is simple and feasible.
