中药复方防治糖尿病胃轻瘫的数据挖掘与用药规律分析

Data Mining and Drug Law Analysis on Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis with Chinese Medicine Compound

目的挖掘中药复方治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)组方规律。方法检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)中药复方防治DGP的文献,运用Excel、SPSS 25.0等软件进行关联规则、因子分析。结果使用频次≥10的药物有31味,多属于补虚药、清热药、理气药,甘草、茯苓、党参、黄芪和砂仁的剂量符合2020年版《中国药典》规定的剂量,药性多温平寒,药味多甘辛苦,主要归脾、胃、肺、肝经;茯苓-陈皮-半夏-白术组合置信度最高;聚类算法提取出5个核心聚类方;因子分析获得9个公因子。结论中医药对于DGP的治疗,以健脾益气、行气消滞为主,配合以消食、活血、化痰、温里等诸法,安全前提下不拘泥于剂量约束,标本兼治。

Objective To discover the prescription rules of Chinese herbal compound for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods Search the CNKI for the prevention and treatment of DGP with Chinese medicine compound,and adopt the software such as Excel and SPSS 25.0 to conduct association rules and factor analysis.Results There are 31 drugs with the use frequency≥10,most of which are the tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and Qi regulating drugs.The dosage of licorice,tuckahoe,codonopsis,astragalus and fructus amomi complies with the dosage specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition),the drug properties are mostly warm,neutral and cold,and the medicine tastes are mainly sweet,spicy and bitter,and these medicines are mainly attributed to the spleen,stomach,lung and liver meridians;the combination of tuckahoe-tangerine peel-pinellia-white atractylodes has the highest confidence;5 core clustering formulas are extracted by clustering algorithm;and 9 common factors are obtained through factor analysis.Conclusion The treatment of DGP in traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on invigorating the spleen and toxifying Qi,promoting Qi to eliminate stagnation,combined with the methods of helping digestion,accelerating blood circulation,reducing phlegm,and warming the interior.Under the premise of safety,it does not stick too precisely the dosage restriction,and treats both symptoms and root causes.
