摘要
在纯滚动条件下,目前使用较为广泛的滚动轴承的滚球自转速度计算公式存在着不合理的地方,针对这一问题,基于Harris理论中的滚球自转速度计算公式,通过运动学分析方式,对其推导过程进行了修正,并且作出了相应的解释和说明。给出了纯滚动条件下滚轴承滚球自转速度的正确计算方法;鉴于滚球自转速度是球轴承故障诊断和动力学分析中的重要参数,基于Gupta模型构建了含有滚球缺陷的滚动球轴承动力学模型,通过研究冲击之间的时间间隔,对所提方法在计算滚动体自转速度方面的合理性进行了讨论;最后,通过实验的方式对该结果进行了验证。研究结果表明:以往滚球自转速度计算公式得到的结果ωbH比实际滚球的自转速度大ωc cosα;在计算滚球自转速度的过程中,需要考虑滚球中心点平移速度对滚球-滚道接触点速度的影响。
Aiming at the problem that the widely used formula for calculating the ball's self-rotation speed in ball bearings under pure rolling conditions was not reasonable,based on the calculation formula of the ball's self-rotation speed in Harris theory,the derivation process was revised through kinematic analysis and the corresponding explanations were made.The correct method for calculating the ball's self-rotation speed in ball bearings under the pure rolling condition was given.For the ball's self-rotation speed in ball bearings was an important parameter for fault diagnosis and dynamic analysis of a ball bearing,based on the Gupta model,a dynamic model of rolling ball bearings with ball defects was established.The rationality of the proposed method in calculating the ball's self-rotation speed was discussed by researching the time interval between impacts and verified through experiments.The results indicate that theωbH obtained by the previous calculation formula for the ball's self-rotation speed is larger than the actual self-rotation speed of the ball byωc cosα.In the process of calculating the ball's self-rotation speed in ball bearings,the effect of the translation speed of the center point of the rolling ball on the speed of the rolling ball-raceway contact point should be considered.
