侧向冲击对轮毂轴承性能影响的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 车轮受侧向冲击后,轮毂轴承会因其性能衰退而产生噪音影响,针对这一问题,对受冲击后的轴承滚道缺陷特征与性能退化程度开展了试验研究。首先,利用GM布氏压痕试验方法,模拟了车轮受侧向冲击工况,并提取了滚道表面缺陷特征数据;然后,采用函数拟合方法,建立了滚道接触应力与压痕深度的联系;最后,针对压痕缺陷轴承进行了振动噪音、力矩刚性和耐久寿命试验,并对试验结果进行了提取和分析,以表征滚道压痕缺陷对轴承性能的影响。研究结果表明:当侧向冲击加速度分别达到1.1 g和1.3 g时,轮毂轴承振动噪音和力矩刚性水平分别衰退超过7%;当侧向冲击加速度达到1.4 g时,轴承滚道最大压痕位置蔓延到了轴承挡边处,此时的轴承寿命衰减明显。 Aiming at the problems of wheel hub bearing performance degradation and noise effect after the wheel was subjected to lateral impact,experiments were carried out to study the characteristics of bearing raceway defects and the degree of performance degradation after impact.Firstly,the GM Brinell indentation test method was used to simulate the lateral impact of the wheel,and the surface features of the raceway were characterized by surface defect data.Secondly,the function fitting method was used to establish the relationship between raceway contact stress and indentation depth.Finally,the vibration noise,moment rigidity and endurance life test of the bearing with indentation defect were carried out,and the test results were extracted and analyzed to characterize the influence of the indentation defect of the raceway on the bearing performance.The results show that when the lateral impact acceleration reaches 1.1 g and 1.3 g,the vibration noise and moment rigidity of the wheel hub bearing decline by more than 7%respectively.When the lateral impact acceleration reaches 1.4 g,the maximum indentation position of the bearing raceway spreads to the rib,and the bearing life is attenuated significantly.
