摘要
2021年4月至5月期间,31个省、自治区、直辖市人大及其常委会共召开2次人民代表大会会议和38次人民代表大会常务委员会会议,审议通过和批准地方性法规共313件。这一时期,各地人大常委会在政治、经济、文化、社会、生态环境保护等多个重要领域加快了立法进程,为经济社会发展提供了法治支撑。
From April to May in 2021,31 provincial People’s Congresses and their Standing Committees held 2 People’s Congress meetings and 38 Standing Committee meetings,and 313 local regulations have been passed or approved.In this period,People’s Congresses and their Standing Committees accelerate the process of legislation in political,economic,cultural,social and environmental areas,providing legal support for economic and social development.
