6Sigma正交试验在侧围外板冲压CAE尺寸精度优化中的应用

摘要 以某车型侧围外板为研究对象,在工艺设计阶段应用6Sigma正交试验对影响侧围外板尺寸精度的因子进行数理统计,简便快速地对关键因子的取值范围设计多因素多水平试验方案,并进行仿真试验,得到各关键因子主效应及交互作用,应用Minitab软件建立影响因子最优化的数学模型,最后将得到的最优数学模型输入CAE软件中得到最优的结果。 Taking the side wall outer panel of a certain car as the research object,in the process de⁃sign stage,the 6Sigma orthogonal experiment was used to perform mathematical statistics on the factors that affect the dimensional accuracy of the side wall outer panel,and the multi-factor and multi-level test scheme was designed for the value range of the key factors simply and quickly,and the simulation test was carried out to obtain the main effects and interactions of the key factors.The optimal mathematical model of the impact factors were established with Minitab software,Fi⁃nally,the optimal mathematical model was input into the CAE software to get the optimal results.
