摘要
针对玻璃润滑剂垫制作和运输过程中易出现的开裂问题,设计了1副钢管挤压的玻璃润滑剂垫成型模,以避免转移或烘干过程中玻璃润滑剂垫出现开裂。该模具更换零件方便,可成形不同尺寸和形状的玻璃润滑剂垫以及控制其密度。
Aiming at the problem of cracking that easily occurs during the production and transpor⁃tation of the glass lubricant pad,a moulding die for glass pad by steel tube extrusion was designed to avoid cracking of the glass lubricant pad during the transfer or drying process.The mould was convenient to replace parts,which could form glass lubricant pads of different sizes and shapes,and control the density of the glass lubricant pads.
