冷却方式对H13钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 通过洛氏硬度计、冲击试验机、万能拉伸试验机、金相显微镜、微动磨损试验机和扫描电子显微镜等设备,研究了冷却方式对H13钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,油冷试样可以获得细小的回火屈氏体+回火马氏体组织,气冷试样可以获得较粗大的回火屈氏体+回火马氏体组织,炉冷试样则获得屈氏体组织,其中油冷试样力学性能、耐磨性能和热疲劳性能最好。 The effect of cooling method on the microstructure and properties of H13 steel was stud⁃ied by means of rockwell hardness tester,impact tester,universal testing machine,metallurgical microscope,abrasion testing machine,and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the oil-cooled sample could obtain fine tempered torsitic and tempered martensite structure,the air-cooled sample could obtain coarse tempered torsitic and tempered martensite structure,and the furnace cooled sample could obtain torsitic structure,among which the oil-cooled sample had the best mechanical properties,wear resistance,and thermal fatigue properties.
