乡村振兴战略下农村产业融合发展的路径找寻——以江苏省丁庄村产业融合的创新实践为例

Path of Rural Industrial Integration Development Under Rural Revitalization Strategy--Taking Innovative Practice of Industrial Integration in Dingzhuang Village for Example

农村产业融合无论是对农业农村发展、农民增收致富,还是对推进农业现代化、实施乡村振兴都具有重大现实意义。近年来,江苏省丁庄村以特色主导产业为基础,以美丽乡村建设为引领,协同推进农村一二三产业融合发展,取得显著成效。丁庄村产业融合的创新实践告诉我们,推进农村产业融合要坚持以稳定特色农业产业发展为基础,以新型农业经营主体和中坚农民为主体,要从提高产业融合发展能力,激活产业融合发展要素,凝聚产业融合发展合力等方面寻求乡村治理与产业发展互动,加速推进农村三产融合。

The rural industrial integration is of great practical significance to the development of agriculture and rural areas,the increase of farmers’income,the promtion of agricultural modernization and the implementation of rural revitalization.In recent years,Dingzhuang village in Jiangsu province has made remarkable achievements in promoting the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries based on the featured leading industries and guided by the construction of beautiful countryside.The innovative practice of Dingzhuang village industrial integration tells us that it is necessary to promote rural industrial integration based on stable featured agriculture industry,with new agricultural business entities and the backbone farmers as the main body,seek for the interaction of rural governance and industrial development from promoting industrial integration development ability,activating industrial integration factor,condensing industrial integration development force,so as to accelerate the integration of the three industries in rural areas.
