摘要
农民合作社作为农村一种新型经营主体,在乡村振兴中发挥着重要作用。课题组通过对北京市密云区农民合作社人力资源情况调查发现,农民合作社人力资源继续教育开发存在内部投入不足、教育体系不完善、开发机制不科学等问题,提出完善专业设置、构建教育平台、发挥基地作用、提升经营绩效等策略,进一步发挥人力资源的作用,促进农民合作社高质量发展。
As a type of new agricultural business entities,farmers’professional cooperatives play an important role in rural revitalization.Based on the investigation of human resources of farmers’professional cooperatives in Miyun district in Beijing,it is found that there are some problems in the development of human resources continuing education,such as insufficient internal investment,imperfect education system,unscientific development mechanism,etc.Therefore,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as perfecting specialty setting,constructing education platform,playing a role of base and improving business performance,so as to give full play to the function of human resources,and promote the high-quality development of farmers’cooperatives.
