选择广州市某大型住宅建筑工程项目为研究对象,在该建筑工程地下室底板施工中应用大体积混凝土结构找坡技术,对施工工艺要点进行详细探究。地下室底板结构找坡施工工艺包括测量放线、场地平整、垫层施工、钢筋绑扎、砖胎模施工、混凝土浇筑、面层压光以及混凝土的养护。通过合理应用底板结构找坡技术,可有效加快施工进度,同时降低项目建设成本。通过对该工程项目进行分析,希望能为类似工程提供借鉴。

A large residential construction project in Guangzhou is selected as the research object,and the mass concrete structure slope finding technology in construction of basement floor of the construction project is applied.The key points of the construction process are explored in detail.The slope finding construction technology of basement floor structure includes surveying,setting-out,site levelling,cushion construction,steel bar binding,brick mould construction,concrete pouring,surface calendering and concrete maintenance.Through rational application of the floor structure slope finding technology,the construction progress can be effectively accelerated,and the project construction cost can be reduced at the same time.Through analysis of this project,it is hoped that it can provide reference for similar projects.
