沙河桥连续梁合龙工艺和施工技术

摘要 边、中跨合龙施工是预应力混凝土连续梁桥采用悬臂浇筑技术重要的工序,其是主梁体系转换的关键。从合龙段混凝土浇筑到底板预应力束张拉,结构的刚度和体系在不断变化,故温度、混凝土收缩、徐变等因素会对结构产生较大的影响,并最终影响成桥时的结构永久荷载内力。因此有必要采取合理的合龙措施,以确保桥梁顺利合龙达到理想的成桥状态。针对沙河大桥的施工过程,从边、中垮合龙的具体施工方案,浅谈连续梁在采用悬臂浇筑工法在边、中跨合龙技术的工艺和施工技术。 The closure construction of side span and mid span is an important procedure of cantilever pouring technology for prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge,which is the key to transformation of main beam system.The stiffness and system of the structure are constantly changing from concrete pouring of the closure section to prestressed tendon tension of the bottom slab,so temperature,concrete shrinkage,creep and other factors will have a greater impact on structure,and ultimately affect the permanent load internal force of the structure when the bridge construction is completed.Therefore,it is necessary to take reasonable closure measures to ensure smooth closure of the bridge to achieve the ideal bridge state.The cantilever pouring construction technology of continous beam in side span and mid span closures in the construction process of Shahe Bridge is discussed.
