公路工程是集路线、路面、路基、隧道以及桥涵等内容为一体的综合体系,具有较强的系统性与综合性。施工组织设计作为关系公路工程建设质量与效果的重要步骤,须予以充分重视。对公路工程施工组织设计管理进行概述,结合溧阳至宁德国家高速公路浙江省淳安段公路项目,对公路工程项目施工组织设计及相关管理进行分析、讨论,以期能够为提高我国公路工程施工组织设计与管理水平提供有益参考。

Freeway engineering is a comprehensive system that integrates routes,pavements,subgrades,tunnels,bridges and culverts,etc.It is highly systematic and comprehensive.As an important step related to quality and effect of freeway construction,construction organization design must be paid full attention to.Therefore,firstly a overview of the construction organization design management of freeway engineering is provided,and then combining the freeway project of the Liyang-Ningde National Freeway Chun'an Section in Zhejiang Province,the construction organization design and management of the freeway engineering project is analyzed and discussed,which could provide a useful reference for improving design and management level of China's freeway engineering construction organization.
