房建工程隐蔽工程多、砌体工序杂乱、工序交叉频繁,通过引入PDCA循环的质量管理,能够及时发现施工中潜在的质量缺陷,有效提升房建工程项目的质量管理水平。结合既往房建工程施工管理实践经验,以PDCA循环的原理及具体实施步骤入手,进一步探讨了PDCA循环在房建工程质量管理中的实践运用,以期能有效确保房建工程施工质量。

Housing construction projects have many hidden projects,complex masonry processes,and frequent process crossovers.By introducing quality management of the PDCA cycle,potential quality defects in construction can be found in time,and the quality management level of housing construction projects can be effectively improved.Combining the previous practical experiences of housing construction project construction management,starting with principle and specific implementation steps of the PDCA cycle,practical application of the PDCA cycle in housing construction project quality management is further discussed,in order to effectively ensure construction quality of housing construction project.
