摘要
将金刚石绳锯切割技术与建筑物掏土迫降技术有机结合在一起,提出了一种建筑物纠倾新方法,即绳锯切割纠倾法。该方法通过简单计算,合理布置导向孔,利用绳锯在建筑物沉降少的一侧切割1个三角形楔形体,最终达到精准纠倾的目的。同其他迫降纠倾法相比,该方法无振动、无扬尘、噪声小、回倾平稳,对楼上住户干扰少,安全环保高效。特别适用西北黄土地区三七灰土地基上建筑物的纠倾加固。
A new method of building rectification,namely the rope saw cutting rectification method has been put forward by combining diamond rope saw cutting technology with building soil-digging forced-settlement technology.The purpose of accurate rectification is ultimately achieved by simple calculation and reasonable arrangement of guide hole for the method and by using rope saw cutting of a triangular wedge in the side of less building settlement.Compared with the other forced settlement rectification methods,the method has no vibration,no dust,low noise,smooth inclination-back,less disturbance for the residents upstairs,safety,environmental protection and high efficiency.It is especially suitable for reinforcing of building rectification on the foundation of three-toseven lime earth in the northwest loess area.
