摘要
桥梁上部结构,在总包单位施工管理不到位时,可能出现由于施工安装工艺错误导致垫石、支座出现破损。针对某工程桥梁支座出现的质量问题,通过分析确定其原因为部分支座、垫石受力不均匀,部分支座不受力或承受拉力。采取垫石加固、支座更换,通过设置千斤顶、桥面约束拆除、临时钢支撑设计、支座更换、外包钢板安装、垫石灌浆等一系列关键工序,经验收,变形量在允许范围内,复测偏差均符合规范,达到可通车条件。
For the bridge superstructure,when the general contractor's construction management is insufficient,the cushion stones and supports may be damaged due to construction and installation process errors.Aiming at quality problems of bridge bearings in a project,the reasons are determined by analysis that some bearings and pad stones are not uniformly stressed,and some bearings are not stressed or bear tensile force.Cushion stone reinforcement and support replacement are adopted,and through a series of key processes,such as setting jack,bridge deck constraint removal,temporary steel support design,support replacement,steel plate installation and pad stone grouting,the deformation is within the allowable range after acceptance,and the re-test deviation is in line with the specification,reaching the traffic conditions.
