Implementation of“Three Inspection Systems”for Construction Quality of Building Engineering

大量工程实践证明,通过严格贯彻落实“自检、互检、专检”的施工质量“三检制”,可在层层检查、层层把关的基础上,极大程度地减少施工质量隐患的遗留,进而为建筑工程施工质量的有效确保夯牢根基。现结合既往建筑工程施工质量管理实践经验,阐述了建筑工程施工质量“三检制”的基本内容,细致探讨了如何在建筑工程施工质量管理中有效贯彻落实“三检制”,以供建筑施工管理同仁借鉴参考。

A large number of engineering practices have proved that by strictly implementing the"three inspection systems"of construction quality of"self-inspection,mutual inspection,and special inspection",it can greatly reduce hidden dangers of construction quality on basis of inspections and checks at all levels,and then lay a solid foundation for effective assurance of construction quality of construction projects.Based on previous practical experience in construction quality management of construction projects,the basic content of the"three inspection systems"for construction quality of construction projects is firstly expounded,and then how to effectively implement the"three inspection systems"in construction quality management of construction projects is discussed,for reference by colleagues in construction management.
