室温下榆木挥发性成分的释放特征 被引量:1

Release Characteristics of Volatile Components from Ulmus pumila at Room Temperature

摘要 以榆树的木材、树皮、树根为研究对象,利用气相色谱-离子迁移谱联用仪对这3个部位的挥发性成分进行检测,并采用二维俯视图、指纹图谱、主成分分析、分子质量对比等方法进行分析比较。结果表明:室温条件下3个部位共鉴定出37种有机挥发物,主要是醇类、酮类、醛类、酯类、酸类等挥发性化合物。37种挥发性物质在榆树3个部位中均可检出,但各部位的含量存在显著差别。各个部位中,主要有机化合物的分子质量均在40~110之间,分子量较小,能够通过细胞壁释放到环境中,且大多数为有益的生物活性成分,有利于净化空气,提高环境质量。 The volatile components of wood,bark,and root from Ulmus pumila at room temperature were detected by Gas Chromatography-Ion Mobility Spectrometer(GC-IMS).The volatile components released from the three parts of Ulmus pumila were analyzed and compared using methods including two-dimensional top view,fingerprint,principal component analysis,and molecular weight comparison.The results showed that 37 organic volatiles were identified from 3 parts of Ulmus pumila at room temperature,mainly including alcohols,ketones,aldehydes,esters,acids and other volatile compounds.These 37 volatile substances could be detected in all 3 parts of Ulmus pumila,but there were significant differences in the component content of each part.The molecular weights of the main organic compounds in the 3 parts were between 40 and 110,the molecular weight was small,and they can be released into the environment through the cell wall.Most of them were beneficial bioactive ingredients,which was beneficial to purify the air and improve the environmental quality.
