摘要
模拟3种室内环境条件,选取5种相同粒度的砂布,研究预处理温湿度和砂布磨损能力对家具表面漆膜磨耗量的影响。结果表明:模拟春秋季、冬季低温低湿以及南方夏季高温高湿的预处理温湿度对家具表面漆膜磨耗量影响很大,3种不同预处理温湿度条件下,试件磨耗量相差最大为19.7%。在相同温湿度预处理条件下,相同粒度砂布的磨损能力相差达36.6%,家具表面漆膜磨耗量相差达46.8%。除以修正系数后的磨耗量数据更稳定,波动更小。
In this study,three indoor environmental conditions were simulated,and five emery cloths of the same particle size were selected to study the effects of pretreatment temperature,humidity and abrasive cloth abrasion capacity on the amount of paint film wear on the furniture surface.The results showed that the pretreatment temperature and humidity that simulated spring and autumn,winter low temperature and low humidity and southern summer high temperature and high humidity had a great influence on the amount of paint film wear on furniture surface,the maximum difference in abrasion of the specimens was 19.7%under the three different pretreatment temperature and humidity conditions.Under the same temperature and humidity pretreatment conditions,the difference in abrasion ability of emery cloth with the same particle size was 36.6%,and the difference in the amount of paint film abrasion on furniture surface was 46.8%.The abrasion data after dividing by the correction coefficient was more stable and had smaller fluctuations.
