Research on Wood Bending Technology Suitable for Small Batch and Personalized Furniture Production

在传统木材弯曲技艺基础上,借鉴塑料手糊成型原理和方法,发明了一种新的木材弯曲技术。详细阐述了该木材弯曲技术的工艺过程与相关技术要求,并以实践案例进行印证。该技术以木质框架为基础,附以价廉易成型的材料制作模具,通过将木单板逐层靠模弯曲胶合,根据产品造型特点和力学强度需要,灵活调整木材纤维走向,并附设加强构件或局部增厚,生产满足形体和强度要求的曲木产品。实现了在较低成本和常用设备条件下,进行造型有机、创意新颖的个性化曲木类家具的制作及在普通木制家具厂的小批量生产。

On the basis of traditional wood bending technique,a new wood bending technology was invented by referring to the principle and method of plastic hand paste molding.In this paper,the technological process and related technical requirements of this wood bending technology were described in detail,and was verified with practical cases.The technology is based on the wood frame,with low cost and easy forming materials to make the mold.By bending and gluing the wood veneer layer by layer,according to the product modeling characteristics and mechanical strength needs,the direction of wood fiber can be flexibly adjusted,and the reinforced components or local thickening can be attached to produce the curved wood products meeting the requirements of shape and strength.Under the condition of low cost and common equipment,the production of personalized bentwood furniture with organic shape and novel creativity and small batch production in ordinary wood furniture factory were realized.
