上海市居住区不透水面率及其影响因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Impervious Surface Rate and Its Influence Factors in Residential Areas of Shanghai City

摘要 城市不透水面是城市环境研究中的重要指标之一,居住区作为城市重要的组成部分,是评价城市化进程与生态环境的重要指标。以上海市闵行区的二街三镇为例,利用GPS卫星地图和ArcGIS中的ArcScan自动矢量化功能分析了闵行居住区不透水面率及其影响因素,对于上海市居住区域环境管理和老旧居住区微更新具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。研究结果表明:①在各种居住区不透水面形态中,绿地面积占比最高,为39.59%,高层建筑占比最低,为4.66%;②闵行居住区平均不透水面率为60.04%,且80%的居住区不透水面率处于45%~72%之间;③道路广场是影响不透水面率的主要形态,占比为56.01%,对不透水面率的贡献度最大;④居住区建设年代与不透水面率未呈现显著关系。 Urban impervious surface is one of the important indicators in urban environmental research.As an important part of city,residential area is an important indicator for evaluating urbanization process and ecological environment.Taking two streets and three towns of Minhang District for example,we used GPS satellite map and Arc Scan automatic vectorization function in Arc GIS to study the impervious surface rate and its influence factors in Minhang residential area,which had important theoretical and practical significance for the environmental management of residential areas and the micro-renewal of old residential areas in Shanghai City.The results show that①among the impervious surface patterns of various residential areas,the green area covers the highest proportion,reaching 39.59%,while the proportion of high-rise buildings is 4.66%.②The average impervious surface rate of Minhang residential area is 60.04%,and the impervious surface rates of 80%residential area are between 45%and 72%.③The roads and squares are the main form of impervious surface,accounting for up to 56.01%,and the road has the greatest contribution to the impervious surface rate.④There is no significant relationship between the construction period of residential area and the impervious surface rate.
