桂林黄洛瑶寨淘米水发酵液对头发护理效果的评价

Evaluation of Fermented Rice-washing Water from Huangluo Yao Village of Guilin on Hair-care Function

桂林市黄洛瑶寨地区人群在洗发过程中长期使用淘米水发酵液,该地区人群发质和头发根部头皮质量都要优于其他地区人群,淘米水发酵液中益生菌对头发和头皮的影响引起关注。通过头发拉伸强度测试、干发摩擦力测试和干发梳理性测试,对比自来水、淘米水发酵液、聚天门冬氨酸钠溶液及人参提取物溶液,对头发强韧度、柔滑度和梳理性的改善效果。实验结果表明,淘米水发酵液对头发强韧度、柔滑度和梳理性的改善效果比较明显。淘米水发酵液处理发束样品3天后,弹性系数提升8.1%,断裂荷载提升2.4%,干发摩擦系数和去程总功降低2.1%,干发梳理最大荷载降低7.3%,梳理过程总功降低3.6%。样品处理8天后,弹性系数提升10.8%,断裂荷载提升9.6%,干发摩擦系数和去程总功降低5.5%,干发梳理最大荷载降低8.4%,梳理过程总功降低10.2%。

The Yao people from Huangluo Village of Guilin have a tradition of using fermented rice-washing water for hair washing.The hair quality and hair root scalp quality in this area are better than those in other areas.The probiotics in the fermentation liquid of rice-washing water may have positive effects on hair and scalp.Through the hair stretch test,dry hair friction test and dry hair combing ability test,the improvement effects on hair strength,hair softness and hair combing ability were compared with tap water,fermented rice-washing water,sodium aspartate solution and ginseng extract.The results showed that the fermented rice-washing water can obviously improve hair strength,hair softness and hair combing ability.3 days after the treatment of fermented rice-washing water on hair samples,the elastic gradient increased by 8.1%,the break load 2.4%,the COF(Coefficient of Fiction)of dry hair and the total work decreased by 2.1%,the maximum combing load of dry hair 7.3%and the total combing work 3.6%.8 days after treatment,the elastic gradient increased by 10.8%,the break load 9.6%,the COF of dry hair and the total work decreased by 5.5%,the maximum combing load of dry hair 8.4%and the total combing work 10.2%.
