基于资源协同的高职院校大学生创新创业能力发展研究

Research on the Development of College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Based on Resource Coordination

大学生创新创业能力的培养是解决其高质量、高层次就业问题的新出路。高职院校在人才培养及教育目标的设定中,应重视对各类资源进行协同开发和利用,从而为高职院校大学生创新创业提供更可靠、更多样的支持。该文首先提出了构建"纵横有道"的大学生创新创业资源协同机制,并对其进行分析,然后分析基于资源协同提出推动高职院校大学生创新创业能力发展的策略。

The cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability is a new way to solve the problem of high-quality and high-level employment.In order to provide more reliable and diversified support for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship,colleges and universities should attach importance to the collaborative development and utilization of various resources in talent training and education goal setting.This paper first puts forward the construction of a"vertical and horizontal"collaborative mechanism of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship resources,and then analyzes the strategies to promote the development of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability based on resource synergy.
