摘要
生物转化技术具有选择性强、催化效率高、反应条件温和、反应种类多以及环境污染小等特点,该项技术应用于中药和天然药物开发的研究越来越多,可以为现代药物原料提供新的工艺或新替代品,对发掘中药活性成分、扩大药源、保护中药资源等有着重要意义。现以国内外最新研究报道为依据,分析了生物转化技术应用于中药和天然药物开发的意义,对转化反应的生物体系,其主要反应类型以及生物转化的影响因素进行总结,为进一步研究提供思路与方法。
Biotransformation has strong selectivity,high catalytic efficiency,mild reaction conditions,various reaction types and less environmental pollution properties,and was increasingly applied in Chinese medicinal and natural drugs,which provides a new technolo or substitute for modern pharmaceutical raw materials.It is of great significance in exploring active ingredients,expanding resources and protecting resources of Chinese medicinal.Based on the latest research at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the significance of biotransformation technology for the development of Chinese medicinal,summarizes the biological system of transformation reaction,its main reaction types and the influencing factors of biological transformation,and provides ideas and methods for further research.
