某铜铅锌银多金属矿石选矿工艺研究 被引量:4

Experimental research on the ore-dressing process of a copper-lead-zinc-silver polymetallic ore

摘要 针对某铜铅锌银多金属矿石性质,进行了铜铅混合浮选—尾矿选锌—铜铅分离浮选工艺流程研究。结果表明:在最佳试验条件下,闭路试验获得的铜精矿铜品位20.31%、铜回收率47.57%、银品位2585.99 g/t;铅精矿铅品位48.79%、铅回收率87.97%、银品位2080.04 g/t;银主要通过富集到铜精矿和铅精矿中得以回收,银总回收率84.20%;锌精矿锌品位49.55%、锌回收率85.22%,试验指标较好,实现了有价元素铜、铅、锌、银的综合回收。 According to the ore properties of a copper-lead-zinc-silver polymetallic ore,the flow sheet of bulk flotation of copper and lead-zinc recovery from tailings-flotation to separate copper and lead is studied.The results show that under optimal experimental conditions,the copper grade is 20.31%,copper recovery rate is 47.57%and silver grade is 2585.99 g/t in the copper concentrate obtained in closed-circuit test;the lead grade is 48.79%,lead recovery rate is 87.97%and silver grade is 2080.04 g/t in the lead concentrate;silver is mainly recovered by being enriched into the copper concentrate and the lead concentrate,and the total recovery rate of silver is 84.20%;the zinc grade in the zinc concentrate is 49.55%,and the zinc recovery rate is 85.22%.The test indexes are good,achieving the comprehensive recovery of valuable elements such as copper,lead,zinc and silver.
