摘要
苝酰亚胺是具有共轭结构和发色团骨架的一类物质,分子之间存在较强π-π的相互作用。通过苝酰亚胺母核的N端引入不同的官能团对苝酰亚胺分子结构修饰,就可以很好地协调各种非共价键作用力,获得结构和功能较好的超分子组装材料和荧光发光材料,这些性质可以应用于生物学检测。本文对近些年出现的一些含有特殊结构的N-取代苝酰亚胺小分子的自组装形貌、荧光性质及其生物学应用进行了综述。
Perylene imides derivatives have strongπ-πinteractions between molecules for their conjugated structures and chromophore skeletons.By designing different functional groups or specific structures on perylene imides,various non-covalent bond forces can be well coordinated to obtain supramolecular assembly materials and fluorescent light-emitting materials with better performance.These properties can be applied to biological testing.The self-assembly morphology,fluorescence and biological applications of these small molecules based on N-substituted perylene imide appeared in recent years were reviewed.
