聚酰胺弹性体基永久性抗静电剂改性EVAC复合材料制备及性能 被引量:1

Preparation and Performance of EVAC Composite Modified by Polyamide Elastomer-based Permanent Antistatic Agent

摘要 通过熔融共混方法,以聚酰胺弹性体基永久性抗静电剂、乙烯–乙酸乙烯酯塑料(EVAC)、增容剂乙烯–乙酸乙烯酯塑料接枝马来酸酐(EVAC-g-MAH)为原料,制备EVAC抗静电复合材料。采用动态热机械分析仪和扫描电子显微镜分析复合材料的相容性,使用高阻计、电子万能试验机对复合材料的抗静电性能和力学性能进行表征,最后通过耐水洗测试表征了复合材料抗静电性能的稳定性。结果表明,EVAC-g-MAH的引入可以提升复合材料的相容性,而永久性抗静电剂的加入不仅能够有效降低复合材料的表面电阻率,而且能提升复合材料的力学性能。当永久性抗静电剂和EVAC-g-MAH的添加量分别为20份和5份时,复合材料的表面电阻率为2.24×10^(10)Ω,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了21.9%,31.0%。经过7 d的耐水洗性能测试,复合材料的表面电阻率没有明显变化,表明该材料具有优异的抗静电稳定性。 Ethylene-vinyl acetate plastic(EVAC)antistatic composite were prepared by melt blending of polyamide elastomer-based permanent antistatic agent,EVAC,and compatibilizer EVAC grafted maleic anhydride(EVAC-g-MAH).The compatibility of the composite was analyzed with the help of dynamic thermomechanical analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The antistatic properties and mechanical properties of the composite were characterized by the high resistance meter and the electronic universal testing machine,and the stability of antistatic performance of the composite was characterized by the washing resistance test.The results show that the introduction of EVAC-g-MAH can improve the compatibility.And the addition of permanent antistatic agent can not only effectively reduce the surface resistivity of the composite,but also improve the mechanical properties of composite.The surface resistivity of the composite is 2.24×10^(10)Ωwhen the addition amount of permanent antistatic agent and EVAC-g-MAH are 20 phr and 5 phr,respectively.Meanwhile,the tensile strength increases by 21.9%and the elongation at break increases by 31.0%.After 7 d of washing-resistance test,the surface resistivity of the composite do not change significantly,indicating that the compos-ite has excellent antistatic stability.
