耐紫外无卤阻燃增韧增强PA66制备及性能 被引量:2

摘要 通过电子万能试验机、摆锤冲击试验机、水平–垂直燃烧测定仪、紫外加速老化设备、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、热失重分析仪等测试手段,评价了阻燃剂含量、增韧剂含量、耐紫外老化助剂种类对聚酰胺66(PA66)力学性能、阻燃性能、耐紫外老化及热性能等的影响,制备了耐紫外无卤阻燃增韧增强PA66。研究结果显示,添加17份有机次磷酸盐,3份聚磷酸三聚氰胺,增强PA66的阻燃性能就可以达到UL 94 V–0级(1.6 mm),简支梁缺口冲击强度为7.5 kJ/m^(2)。添加9份增韧剂聚烯烃弹性体接枝马来酸酐(POE-g-MAH)时,无卤阻燃增强PA66的简支梁缺口冲击强度达到10 kJ/m^(2),与未添加时相比提高了33.3%。添加耐紫外老化助剂可以大大改善无卤阻燃增韧增强PA66在紫外老化下的色差,且对材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响较小,添加0.4份三嗪–亚氨基类高聚物,材料的色差最小,为7.5。紫外老化后,C=O在1730 cm^(-1)处的峰面积增大,材料的外延起始分解温度降低。 By means of electronic universal testing machine,pendulum impact testing machine,horizontal-vertical combustion tester,ultraviolet accelerated aging equipment,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and thermogravimetric analyzer,the effects of flame retardant content,toughening agent content and types of UV aging resistance additives on the mechanical properties,flame retardancy,ultraviolet aging resistance and thermal properties of polyamide 66(PA66)were evaluated,the toughened and reinforced PA66 with UV-resistant and halogen-free flame-retardant was prepared.The research results show that when 17 phr of organic hy-pophosphite and 3 phr of melamine polyphosphate are added,the flame retardancy of reinforced PA66 can reach UL 94 V–0 grade(1.6 mm),and the Charpy notched impact strength is 7.5 kJ/m^(2).When 9 phr polyolefin elastomer grafted with maleic anhydride(POE-g-MAH)is added,the Charpy notched impact strength of halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PA66 reaches 10 kJ/m^(2),which is 33.3% higher than that without POE-g-MAH.The delta-E of toughened and reinforced PA66 with halogen-free flame-retar-dant under ultraviolet aging can be greatly improved by adding anti ultraviolet aging additive,and has little effect on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the material.Adding 0.4 phr triazine imino polymer,the delta-E of the material is the smallest,which is 7.5.After ultraviolet aging,the peak area of C=O at 1730 cm^(-1) increases,the epitaxial initial decomposition temperature of the material decreases.
