手机套复合浇注系统内外抽芯三板模设计 被引量:6

Design of Three-plate Injection Mold with Inside and Outside Core-pulling and Compound Gating System for Mobile Phone Sleeve

摘要 针对手机套塑件3个侧面外壁多孔,内壁有扣边、卡槽的结构特点,设计了一副三板模具用于塑件的自动化注塑生产,模具模腔布局为1模1腔,分3次分型打开。使用一种三板点浇口浇注系统与两板侧浇口浇注系统复合组成的浇注系统,避免了单个模腔在模具中的偏心布置,有效保证了熔料在模腔内充填饱满。使用1个油缸滑块机构用于2个侧面内壁上卡槽和扣边的脱模,使用1个斜顶机构用于1个侧面内壁的扣边的脱模,使用3个斜导柱滑块机构用于外壁及外壁孔的脱模。塑件的最终脱模由斜顶和8根顶针共同顶出而实现。模具结构简单、实用,有较好的设计参考价值。 Aimed at the structural characteristics of the three sides of the mobile phone sleeve plastic part with multiple holes in outer walls,and buckle-edge and slots in the inner wall,a three-plate mold was designed for the automatic injection molding of plastic parts.The layout of mold cavity was one mold with one cavity,the mold was opened in three times.A gating system com-posed of a three-plate point gate gating system and a two-plate side gate gating system was used to avoid the eccentric arrangement of a single cavity in the mold,and also effectively ensure the filling of molten material in the mold cavity.A hydraulic-cylinder slider mechanism was used for the demolding of the two side inner walls of the slot and the undercut edge,a lifter mechanism was used for the demolding of the undercut edge in the side inner wall,three angle-pin-slider mechanisms were used to demold the outer wall and holes of outer wall.The final demolding of the plastic part was realized by the lifter and eight ejectors.The mold structure is simple and practical,and has good design reference value.
