黄连对PBAT/纳米MgO抗菌材料性能影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过熔融共混方法制备了聚己二酸–对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)/纳米MgO/黄连抗菌材料,探讨了加工温度对黄连分散性的影响并测试了抗菌材料的力学性能和抗菌性能。结果表明,加工温度对黄连的分散性影响较大,抗菌材料的最佳加工温度为145℃。随着黄连含量的增加,PBAT/纳米MgO/黄连抗菌材料的拉伸强度和弯曲弹性模量均增大,而断裂伸长率下降明显,当黄连质量分数为15%时,拉伸强度为49.0 MPa,弯曲弹性模量为148 MPa,相比PBAT/纳米MgO抗菌材料分别提高63.9%和32.1%。黄连能进一步提高PBAT/纳米MgO抗菌材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌性能,当黄连质量分数为15%时,PBAT/纳米MgO/黄连抗菌材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为13.7 mm和8.1 mm,相比PBAT/纳米MgO抗菌材料分别提高33%和19%,抗菌材料对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果优于大肠杆菌。 Poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)/nano MgO/coptis antibacterial materials were prepared by melt blending method,the effects of processing temperature on the dispersibility of coptis was discussed,and the mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of the antibacterial materials were tested.The results show that the processing temperature has a great influence on the dispersibility of coptis,and the optimum processing temperature is 145℃.With the increase of coptis content,the tensile strength and flexural elastic modulus of PBAT/nano MgO/coptis antibacterial material increase,while the elongation at break decreases significantly.When the mass fraction of coptis is 15%,the tensile strength is 49.0 MPa and the flexural elastic modulus is 148 MPa,which are increased by 63.9% and 32.1% compared to those of PBAT/nano MgO antibacterial material respectively.Coptis can further improve the antibacterial properties of PBAT/nano MgO antibacterial material against staphylococ-cus aureus and escherichia coli.When the mass fraction of coptis is 15%,the inhibition zone diameter of PBAT/nano MgO/copts antibacterial material against staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli are 13.7 mm and 8.1 mm,which are increased by 33% and 19% compared to those of PBAT/nano MgO antibacterial material respectively.The antibacterial effect of antibacterial material against staphylococcus is better than that against escherichia coli.
