高职城轨车辆制造与维护专业建设探析

国务院在2019年9月发布的《交通强国建设纲要》中确定了到2035年基本建成交通强国的目标。这些国家战略为城市轨道交通带来了更多机遇,从社会对城轨车辆制造与维护专业的人才需求调研、分析入手,围绕所需人才的规格,确立了专业培养目标,初步制定了涵盖主要专业核心课程的人才培养方案,认识到城轨车辆制造与维护专业符合我国铁路发展战略和轨道交通装备制造行业发展需求,可以满足城轨装备制造行业和城轨车辆运用企业对岗位结构和能力的新要求,开设本专业十分必要。

The State Council set the goal of building China into a transport power by 2035 in the Outline for Building a Transport Power issued in September 2019.These national strategies have brought more opportunities to urban rail transit.Starting from the investigation and analysis of the social demand for talents in urban rail vehicle manufacturing and maintenance specialty,the professional training objectives centering on the required talents specifications have been established,and a talent training plan covering core courses has been formulated.It is recognized that the establishment of urban rail vehicle manufacturing and maintenance specialty conforms to the development strategy of China's railway and the development needs of the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry,and it can meet the new requirements for the post structure and capacity from the urban rail vehicle equipment manufacturing industry and urban rail vehicle application enterprises.
