辽宁轨道交通职业学院立足职业教育本色,以为社会培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质、技能型人才为目标,针对职业教育对职业素养和劳动技能培养的需要,在学院“双闭环控制”教育教学质量保障体系下,通过教学与学生管理一体化改革实践,全面实施系统化育人工程,建立了“一个融合、四个统一”育人工作模式。经过多年实践积累,将职业素养培育融入校园文化建设,将劳动教育制度化、规范化、科学化,注重教育实效,实现知行合一,形成了一系列有益的工作经验和可喜成果。

Based on the nature of vocational education,Guidao Jiaotong Polytechnic Institute aims at cultivating high quality and skilled talents with overall development.In view of the needs of vocational education for professional quality and labor skill training,relying on"double closed loop control"education teaching quality guarantee system of the institute,the institute implements the systematic education project and establishes the"one integration,four unities"education work mode through the integration of teaching and student management reform practice.After years of practice and accumulation,the institute has integrated the cultivation of professional quality into the construction of campus culture,implemented institutionalized,standardized and scientific labor education,realized the integration of knowledge and practice,and obtained useful work experience and gratifying achievements.
