基于高职大学生的职业生涯规划引导模式构建

The Construction of Career Planning Guidance Model from the Perspective of Higher Vocational College Students

随着经济文化的高速发展,大学生就业竞争越来越激烈,各高校都会在学生就业前进行充分的就业指导,传统的职业生涯规划课程指导已经无法完全满足新时代的发展要求。将“课程思政”引入高职学生职业生涯规划,尤其体现在职业道德、职业理念、职业行为等方面,从思政教育整体上看,提高了学生在就业方面的思想觉悟,也提高了国家就业的质量,构建起了高职学生的职业生涯规划引导新模式。

With the rapid development of economy and culture,the employment competition among college students is becoming more and more fierce.Colleges and universities will offer full employment guidance to students before employment.The traditional career planning course guidance has been unable to fully meet the development requirements of the new era.The introduction of integrating ideological and political elements into career planning of higher vocational college students improves the ideological consciousness of students in employment,especially reflected in the aspects of professional ethics,professional philosophy,professional behavior and so forth.It also improves the quality of national employment,and constructs a new model of career planning and guidance for higher vocational students.
