摘要
X高校结合自身特点与办学实际,在实践中探索卓越男幼儿师范生“政校园”融合培养模式,其实践探索的成果可以总结为以下五方面:“政校园”三位一体,探索协同育人机制;师德为先,构建“三全育人”师德教育体系;量身男幼儿师范生特色课程体系,培植其职业优势;实践取向,创新实践教学体系;“园校”融通,深化课堂教学改革。课题组对上述五方面的探索实践进行研究,并进行了具体论述。
Combining with its own characteristics and actual situation of running a school,X School explores the"government-school-kindergarten"integrated training mode for outstanding male kindergarten normal students in practice,the results of its practice and exploration are as follows:establish the trinity of"government,school and kindergarten",and explore the mechanism of collaborative education;give priority to teacher's ethics and construct the education system of moral education system of"three-wide education";construct the characteristic curriculum system of male kindergarten normal students and cultivate their professional advantages;adhere to practice orientation and innovate in practice teaching system;integrate kindergarten and school and deepen the reform of classroom teaching.
