温补脾肾汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺功能减退症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warm-tonifying Spleen-kidney Decoction and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in Treating Hypothyroidism

目的:探讨温补脾肾汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺功能减退症患者的临床效果。方法:选择甲状腺功能减退症患者180例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。对照组给予左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合温补脾肾汤进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者神疲乏力、畏寒肢冷、腰膝酸软、面浮肢肿、纳呆腹胀、性欲减退等症状评分均明显降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)、抗甲状腺过氧化酶抗体(thyroid peroxidase,TPOAb)和抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(thyroglobulin antibody,TGAb)水平均明显降低,游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4)、总三碘甲腺原氨酸(triiodothyronine,TT3)、总甲状腺素(thyroxine,TT4)水平均明显升高,与治疗前和对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein,LDL-C)水平均明显降低,与对照组比较观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:温补脾肾汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺功能减退症可有效改善患者的临床症状和甲状腺功能。

Objective:To explore clinical effects of warm-tonifying spleen-kidney decoction and levothy roxine sodium tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism.Methods:All 180 patients were selected and randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group,90 cases in each group.The control group was treated by levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the observation group were given warm-tonifying spleen-kidney decoction,to compare clinical therapeutic effects between both groups.Results:The scores of the symptoms reduced notably such as general lassitude,the chilly sensation and the cold limbs,soreness of waist and knees,puffy face and swollen limbs,anorexia and abdominal distension,hyposexuality and others between both groups after treating,and the observation group was lower than the control group significantly(P<0.05);After treating,the levels of TSH,TPOAb and TGAb of the observation group reduced notably,the levels of FT3,FT4,TT3 and TT4 rose remarkably,the differences were statistically significant when they were compared with these before treating,and these of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C decreased in both groups after treating,and the decrease of the observation group was more notable than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm tonifying spleen-kidney decoction and levothyroxine sodium tablets could effectively improve clinical symptoms of the patients and improve thyroid function.
