足三里温和灸配合神阙静振推拿法治疗儿童脾虚气弱型功能性便秘临床观察

Observation on Clinical Effects of Gentle Moxibustion at Zusanli Combined with Static Vibration Massage at Shenque in the Treatment for Functional Constipation(Spleen-deficiency and Qi Weakness Pattern)in Children

目的:观察足三里温和灸配合神阙静振推拿法治疗脾虚气弱型儿童功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选择120例脾虚气弱型功能性便秘患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组予足三里温和灸配合神阙静振推拿法治疗,对照组予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片口服治疗。观察两组患儿临床疗效及安全性。结果:观察组总有效率[81.03%(47/58)]与对照组[84.48%(49/58)]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在每周排便次数、每次排便时间等方面观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗结束1个月后随访,观察组总有效率[77.59%(45/58)]与对照组[65.51%(38/58)]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:足三里温和灸配合神阙静振推拿法治疗脾虚气弱型儿童功能性便秘疗效显著,其治疗效果优于双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片口服治疗,复发率低,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of gentle moxibustion at Zusanli(ST36)joined with static vibration massage at Shenque(CV8)in the treatment for children with functional constipation(spleen deficiency and Qi weakness pattern).Methods:All 120 children were selected and randomized into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by gentle moxibustion at Zusanli(ST36)joined with static vibration massage at Shenque(CV8),and the control group by bifidobacterium lactobaci llus triple viable tablets orally.To observe clinical effects and the safety of the children in both groups after treating.Results:Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were[81.03%(47/58)]and[84.48%(49/58)],the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups(P>0.05);the observation group was superior to the control group in the frequency of defecation each week and defecation time(P<0.05);The patients were followed in one month after the treatment,total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were[77.59%(45/58)]and[65.51%(38/58)](P<0.05);the difference showed no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gentle moxibustion at Zusanli(ST36)joined with static vibration massage at Shenque(CV8)is effective in the treatment for children with functional constipation(spleen deficiency and Qi weakness pattern),its therapeutic effects are superior to these of only bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets by oral admi nistration,and it shows low relapse rate and higher safety.
