时间管理护理程序对子宫肌瘤切除患者术后并发症发生率及生活质量的影响

Effects of Time Management Nursing Procedure on the Incidence of Postoperative Complications and Quality of Life of Patients with Hysteromyomectomy

目的:探究时间管理护理程序对子宫肌瘤切除患者术后并发症发生率、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年4月行子宫肌瘤切除术的患者43例作为对照组,2019年5月至2020年7月行子宫肌瘤切除术的患者43例作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取时间管理护理。比较两组围术期指标、疾病健康知识掌握情况、术后并发症发生率、生活质量评分和护理满意度。结果:观察组患者术后肠胃功能恢复、首次下床活动时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后在子宫肌瘤发生、预防、手术治疗及术后注意事项的健康知识了解程度方面高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后漏尿等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后SF-36量表评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),其中,观察组生活质量各方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者在腹痛缓解、心理疏导、护理操作和院内管理四个方面的护理满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:时间管理护理程序有助于加快子宫肌瘤切除术患者术后恢复,提高术后保健知识的掌握程度及生活质量,减少术后并发症的发生,护理服务满意度更高。

Objective:To explore the effects of time management nursing procedure on the incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life of patients with hysteromyomectomy.Methods:All 43 patients who accepted hysteromyomectomy from July,2018 to April,2019 were chosen as the control group,another 43 cases undergoing the operation from May,2019 to July,2020 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted conventional nursing,and the observation group time management nursing procedure.To compare perio perative indicators,disease healthy knowledge grasping conditions,the incidence of postoperative complications,the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction degrees between both groups.Results:The recovery of posto perative gastrointestinal function and initial ambulant time of the observation group were shorter than these of the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference in hospital stay between both groups(P>0.05).The observation group was higher than the control group in the acquaintance of health knowledge about the incidence of hystero myoma,the prevention,the surgery and postoperative notes(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in the incidence of postoperative complications including postoperative urinary leakage,etc(P<0.05).SF-36 scales of both groups after nursing were higher than these before nursing(P<0.05);among them,the scores of quality of life of the observation group were higher than these of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group was higher than the control group in nursing satisfaction degrees including abdominal pain relief,psychological counseling,nursing operation and hospital management(P<0.05).Conclusion:Time mana gement nursing procedure could help accelerate postoperative recovery of the patients after the operation,improve the mastery of postoperative health care knowledge and quality of life,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and it shows higher nursing service satisfaction degree.
