This paper introduces in detail a kind of measuring instrument which is used for the accuracy of daily measuring fuel dispenser in gas station.The job is for a standard metal gauge measuring instruments,its main characteristic is in the process of work can quickly adjust level and able to effectively cope with high speed injection of bubble produced during the oil medium,at the same time,by matching the different oil gun set splash cover,can effectively prevent oil spillage medium generated when the high-speed injection.Compared with the current metering instruments,there are some problems in the metering process,such as low degree of automation,low level of accuracy caused by manual adjustment,inability to effectively eliminate foam,long time for data reading,etc.,the standard metal measuring instrument designed can improve the degree of automation and measurement accuracy in the metering process.
