地市级移动计量标准量值溯源及比对方法的研究

辽宁省气象装备保障中心为监测评估抚顺等11个地市级气象计量业务质量,确保移动计量核查设备量值准确性与可靠性,从量值溯源的定义、计划、途径与实施等方面开展,对抚顺等11地市移动核查设备的量值溯源工作,其次根据JJF 1117-2010《计量比对》规范研究比对实施的方法,确定比对传递标准的路线。

In order to monitor and evaluate the quality of meteorological measurement services at 11 prefecture-level cities such as FUSHUN and ensure the accuracy and reliability of mobile measurement verification equipment,meteorological equipment support center of liaoning province conducts the traceability work of mobile measurement verification equipment in 11 prefecture-level cities such as FUSHUN from the aspects of definition,plan,approach and implementation of the traceability of measurement value,secondly,according to JJF 1117-2010"Measurement Comparison"standard,the method of comparison implementation is studied to determine the route of comparison transmission standard.
